LA hearts EC!!

Ok, a little background on my beliefs. I am a spirit filled born again Christ follower, and as such I wouldnt ever want to do anything that would quench the Holy Spirit in me ( believers will know sactly what I am talking about! ;)  With that being said, I was so skeptical about this " Twilight" that everyyyyyone was talking about. I just had to see it for myself....

I Have Now Seen It 3 Times since Monday!!! I went last night at 10:30 pm and got the book, I havn't been able to put it down. My BFF and her fam came over for Thanksgiving today and as they were leaving I was joking with them, book in hand saying "Ok, goodnight, hate to see you go, byeeeee!" They were laughing all the way out to their car. But I was Serious!!;)  I stayed up till 2;30 am reading and am on page 230 right now. I only stopped to share briefly with ,my precious friends ( you) just how special Edward is to me, and now you can see for yourselves the reason(s) why...... If you havent yet seen the movie, I would seriously encourage you to. If you want to read the books first, It is my opinion that the book is so much better because I saw the movie first, and I can now picture them in my mind
Now I really must get back to Edward, he was just about to......
Oh & sweet friends, I hope you had a teriffic Thanksgiving!! Love ya, LA

You are so funny. My hubby and I almost went to see it too, just to see what the hype was about. I need to finish the Shack, then I might read it myself...

My daughter has read all 4 books and has asked for them for Christmas. She has been reading her friends' book's. She is going to see the movie tomorrow and can't wait.

It doesn't seem like my type of movie but maybe I will check it out when it goes to video.

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. =) I love new friends! I had no interest in seeing this movie...because I'm not really a movie person but I do love to read so I was thinking about buying the books. =) But today...while surfing the internet I came across a picture of the lead female star in this movie and she was smoking an unknown substance in a pipe?! Not cool in my book and I will certrainly not pay any money to support this movie now. =/

I have read all 4 books and seen the movie. LOVE LOVE LOVE them! THe books are better I think. Book 2 was slow for me but a necessary. They even briefly cross the bridge of vampires chance of heaven after their death. I processed it all fine with my beliefs:)
Enjoy!!

I am not a fan yet... but I say yet because now I must read the book and see what my sister is bragging about! My niece is still reading it but when she's done it's mine! Everyone loved the movie that has seen it so I have to get in on the action!

Hmmmm I'm a lil silly but you know me 99% of the time I see no movies or watch TV. Sounds like a good one so I might look for the book.

LOL. Just last week I read Twilight straight through in 6 hours. I could not make myself stop reading. I read New Moon a few days ago, this time it was in 2 sessions. Lol. I can't wait to get my hands on the third book. I have yet to see the movie but I'd like to. I know I will not like it as much as the book but I would still like to see what someone else's vision of what I read looks like, ya know?

Haha, I'm with ya!! I was skeptical to start, but took the first book with me on this last trip... read it in the first day!! Bought the second and read that one in a day and a half as well.... took a break while Chris was with me. And then read the third book on my last day and trip back, LOL. Much better than I thought, starting the fourth tonight!! :)

Oh yeah, and the movie was good too.

Glad to be back, sorry I missed so much!

Oh yes, honey - I went to Twilight BY MYSELF the Friday it came out! And then I re-read my copy. I even dropped it in the bathtub and KEPT ON READING it even though it was soggy and falling apart. Now I'm re-reading the second book!

I like the books too, I'm almost done New Moon. I'm flip flopping though, I mean, they're good while you're reading them, but life became hectic for about a week and I couldn't read. And I found, I didn't miss.
Usually, the book I'm reading is always in the back of my mind, niggling.
Not these.
Now, don't get me wrong, I picked up New Moon last night, and like I said, I'm almost done.
Love the books.
Love the writing.
Could I have lived without?
Yup. Probably.
Now.
I really hope no one says that when I write a book!
